When working on online listings or managing multiple tasks in a browser, distractions can pile up quickly—notifications, extra tabs, or bright visuals pulling attention away from the main job. One habit that helps me reset focus is intentionally reducing visual noise for a few minutes between tasks.
Instead of switching apps or scrolling, I briefly use a black screen for focus to give my eyes a break and clear my attention before continuing. This short pause makes it easier to return to writing or reviewing content with better concentration, especially during long work sessions.
